Technology allows speedy and cost-efficient ways to share your story. But some organizations confuse such bells and whistles with the message itself, when they are simply the tools. To be effective, communications still require solid answers to basic questions about what you want to say, to who, and why.
Like a camera lens, I'll help you focus on the big picture, then zoom in on the details.
